Wes Mills has over 22 years of investigative and law enforcement experience with the New York State Police. He spent the last 8 years of his career with the Counter Terrorism Intelligence Unit (CTIU).

Wes worked on several investigations with the Joint Terrorism Task Force, FBI and the Department of Homeland Security. His work in the CTIU also included conducting site security assessments for local businesses, government buildings, places of worship, and events. 

After retiring from the New York State Police, Wes became the School Safety Officer for the Norwich City School District in Norwich, NY where he oversees all facets of school safety, including policies involving security and safety procedures for the entire district. In April of 2023, Wes joined the Chenango County Sheriff's Office as the coordinator of the Chenango County Threat Assessment and Management team.
